The Snowhill development is a mixed-use development between Snowhill Queensway and Birmingham Snowhill station. The £500m phased scheme has been partly completed on the site of a former surface car park.
This second phase consists of the construction of a 15-storey, 75m high office and retail building, providing over 30,000m² of nettable office floor area with basement levels providing 146 car parking spaces and 100 cycle spaces. There is a main core, which contains six passenger lifts, and a second core with four lifts rising to level six.
