Trinity House is located in a regenerated area of the city centre. It has a mix of cellular and open plan accommodation and two levels of underground parking. Sustainable design principles,energy efficiency and green technologies have been incorporated to achieve a building with a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and an EPC rating of ‘A’.
