Spirit Quarters is the £360m housing redevelopment scheme in North East Coventry which will see more than 3,300 new homes built in the neighbourhoods of Wood End, Henley Green, Manor Farm and Deedmore. The community spirit in all four neighbourhoods reflects the name of the scheme which was born out of a £54m regeneration initiative to transform housing, green spaces and transport links in the area whilst improving facilities in healthcare, employment support and education.
The area has been undergoing intensive regeneration since 2001 through New Deal for Communities, a resident-led programme with strong community governance and decision-making at its heart. The £360m redevelopment will provide a diverse and sustainable neighbourhood in North East Coventry – making Spirit Quarters a great place to live, work and play.
