The project, adjacent to Queen’s Park station, is a new mixed-use development comprising of 144 residential units, 28 of which are affordable units, and 480m2 of commercial floorspace. Housing association L&Q will acquire the affordable units. Construction is targeted to commence in early 2014 and be completed by November 2016.
The development forms part of the £400million regeneration of South Kilburn, London, which aims to deliver 2,400 new high quality homes and is set to become a new urban landmark, enhancing the vision set out by the London Borough of Brent.
