Sovereign Housing Association’s plans, which will see 27 new affordable homes built and the current green retained, was approved by Christchurch Borough Council’s Planning Control Committee on Thursday 20 June.
The plans were drawn up by Christchurch-based Aspire Architects in close consultation with a design group including Somerford residents and local councillors.
