Miller Construction, the main contractor on Bangor University’s new Arts and Innovation Centre on Deiniol Road is committed to ensuring that local suppliers, tradesmen and contractors are given the opportunity to be involved with the project and contribute to its success, reflecting the wishes of the University and all Stakeholders.
Following a review of the project’s requirements the following sub-contracting opportunities have been identified:
- Joinery including doors, frames, ironmongery, skirting and windows
- Brick and block work/stone cladding
- Rendering internal and external
- Dry lining including metal stud, plasterboard, skim and plastering
- Suspended ceilings including plaster and grid
- Architectural metalwork including handrail and balustrades
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and drainage engineers
- Fire protection including paint, board and quilt
