A £90 million scheme will create 434,457 sq ft (40,362 sq m) of much needed research and development (R&D) space at Kidlington, on the northern outskirts of Oxford. The 8.2 hectare (20 acre) site is located in the Langford Lane business area in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, opposite the main entrance to London Oxford Airport and only three miles outside Oxford City Centre has excellent transport links by road, rail and air .
