One New Bailey will be the first office building to be built in the new commercial district of New Bailey, Salford.
Situated beside the River Irwell the New Bailey district will provide thousands of new job opportunities and expand the central business district of Manchester into the centre of Salford. There will be new retail, leisure and public space to complete this reinvigorated area of the city. Longer-term the area will be one of several regenerated parts of Salford Central being developed by English Cities Fund
One New Bailey will provide 120,000 sq ft of office space arranged over 7 floors with retail, commercial and leisure uses at ground floor. New squares will be developed beside the building and the riverside, which will link with new streets providing access to between Spinningfields and Salford Central station and to other points beyond toward Chapel Street.
