HUB Residential has won detailed planning permission for its 360 home development in London’s Royal Docks – its second scheme to receive planning in two months.
The scheme, named Hoola, and located at the head London’s Royal Victoria Dock, received unanimous consent from the London Borough of Newham.
The submitted plans will transform the currently disused site, two minutes walk from Royal Victoria DLR, into a glass clad, twin tower development of studio, one, two and three bedroom homes.
The 24 and 23 storey towers have been designed by CZWG Architects LLP, renowned for their expertise in delivering regenerative residential developments in London.
