Work has started on ‘Hinckley 165’, a 164,500 sq ft prime distribution unit, more than twice the size of a stadium-sized football pitch.
The development will boast 156,500 sq ft of warehouse and distribution space, 8,000 sq ft of office space and 116 car parking spaces, as well as four level access doors and 16 dock level doors. The building’s flexible design and first class sustainability credentials, with a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’, will appeal to the requirements of a broad range of customers.
Work has included a new major roundabout and access point from the A5, as well the introduction of a new bus route between the park and Hinckley town centre, which is half a mile away. With close proximity to the M1 and the M6. All six of the units at Hinckley Commercial Park are currently occupied and on the completion of Hinckley 165, development of the park will be finished.
