The new scheme will be built in five phases and the detailed element of the planning consent includes 108 new homes in the first phase. These comprise 21 four-bedroom, 41 three-bedroom, 34 two-bedroom and 12 one-bedroom homes.
The regeneration will involve the demolition of the existing estate, which was built in the late 1960s. The existing estate is owned by Barnet Council and comprises two- and three-storey houses and five-storey blocks of flats and maisonettes.
