The Cross Quarter site is located just to the north of Abbey Wood train station, bordered by Harrow Manor Way to the east, Felixstowe Road to the south and Thistlebrook to the north. To the west of the site lies the Lyndean Industrial Estate and Boxgrove Road.
The Cross Quarter Partnership; a joint venture between Development Securities Plc, Berkshire Investment Capital, and Gallions Housing Association, own the site and has recently submitted a planning application for a mixed use development that will, we hope, make Abbey Wood a more attractive place to live, work, and shop and kick-start the regeneration of the area prior to the arrival of Crossrail in 2018.
