iWS Group has been appointed as construction manager to procure and manage the basement construction, piling and concrete works at 45 Millharbour, Isle of Dogs. The project is worth £30-40m in construction costs.
A fully integrated solution, iWS Group, will manage the construction over a 48 week period, whilst Clarson Goff Management (CGM), also part of the Front3 Group, will act as project manager, employer’s agent and CDM Service provider on the project. Jackson Rowe, leading chartered quantity surveyors and also part of the Front3 Group, will act as cost consultants on the project.
The project will include 138 apartments over 13 floors, totalling approximately 13,221 sq. m. (over 140,000 sq. ft.) of residential accommodation. Commercial space available on the ground floor provides the building with a further 805 sq. m. (8,665 sq. ft.)
