Skillcrown, South-East London’s leading property developer has secured a development contract to deliver 86 one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments in Bermondsey.
Working together with Housing Association, Optivo, the £18.5million project for Affordable Rent tenure will be built ranging in height from four to nine storeys. The development will also feature in excess of 7,000spft commercial space on the ground floor together with cycle and disabled car parking and refuse/recycling stores.
Located on Hatcham Road and Ilderton Road, the accommodation will benefit future residents as it is in close proximity to South Bermondsey station, providing frequent Southeastern railway services into Central London. Construction of the project will commence in the final quarter of 2019 and is expected to be completed by 2022.
