Sapphire is expanding its Next Generation Clip-On® balcony line with the introduction of vertical sidebar balustrading. This new feature provides architects with enhanced design flexibility for creating outdoor spaces on tall buildings, offering a more unobstructed view from every angle.
Sapphire’s Next Generation balconies are lighter, using less material resulting in fewer building facade penetrations, safer and kinder (to the planet, the industry and to people) The patented Clip-On® balcony connection, developed in collaboration with leading construction company Sisk, serves multiple purposes: optimising thermal efficiency, enhancing safety by minimising fire risk, and connecting directly to a pre-cast facade.
Sapphire’s revolutionary Clip-On® balconies were recently chosen for a Quintain Estates project in Wembley for their exceptional thermal performance, increased
safety, and seamless integration with pre-cast facades.
Nick Haughton, Head of ESG at Sapphire says,

We continuously refine our designs to elevate both functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that our customers benefit from superior balcony solutions. We are excited to introduce the latest evolution in our Clip-On® range – the Clip-On® Balcony with vertical sidebars.”
