Homes for Lambeth has submitted a planning application to Lambeth’s Planning Department for Fenwick Place. The application provides 27 new high-quality homes 50% of which will be affordable homes.
Fenwick Place forms the second phase of the rebuilding of Fenwick Estate. It follows the plans by TfL to build 55 new affordable homes on Fenwick South which were approved by Lambeth Council. These enabling phases will progress the wider estate rebuilding of Fenwick Estate to provide more high-quality, affordable homes.
Commenting on the news, Jitinder Takhar, Chief Executive of Homes for Lambeth said: “HFL is pleased that we have submitted another planning application to Lambeth Council. The latest here at Fenwick will make a positive impact by delivering more and better homes for Lambeth residents.

Councillor Matthew Bennett, Lambeth’s Lead Member for Planning, Investment & New Homes remarked: “I’m really pleased to see us take another step forward to build better homes for the residents of the Fenwick estate. This second phase will deliver much-needed family-sized council homes, so that local families have great places to live.”
