Peveril Homes has proved its dedication to producing quality homes by receiving three LABC Site Recognition Awards.
The Derbyshire based housebuilder has received this respected award for three of its developments; Holborn Place, Smalley Manor and Myford Place. Each has been recognised due to the high quality of workmanship and overall management on their site.
LABC launched these new recognition awards to replace the annual Brick Awards which usually take place in London during October. Every month the awarding body celebrates sites that achieve consistent high-quality ratings from site inspection surveyors.
Sites are scored by LABC Warranty Risk Management surveyors during their inspection visits, which take place regularly through construction.
Those sites that achieve high scores for general co-operation with inspectors, health and safety, site tidiness, standard of site management and level of workmanship are recognised with a Site Recognition Award.
Adam Pinder, Site Manager for Holborn Place has been further recognised for his superior attention to detail this year. He was highly commended in the Construction Professional of the Year and LABC Warranty Site Manager awards.
Peveril Homes’ Holborn Place development offers a range of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses and bungalows, situated in the Derbyshire village of Codnor, near Ripley.
With 15 years of experience producing quality new homes for Peveril Homes, Adam said: “I’m unbelievably proud to see Holborn Place receive this recognition. The team and I work hard to ensure we’re safely constructing first-class homes for people to build their futures in.
“After working so long in the industry, I understand the importance and prestige of these awards and I know Peveril Homes and my team will continue to produce award-winning homes.”
The Smalley Manor development offers a stunning range of 3 and 4-bedroom homes in the delightful Derbyshire village of Smalley.
Site Manager Jon May was thrilled with the news saying: “After such a challenging year for everyone, it’s nice to be recognised for our hard work.
“I’ve been working with Peveril Homes for a few years now and I’ve established a great team around me, and we work well together to ensure the job’s done right.”
Peveril Homes’ Myford Place development is settled in the commuter hotspot of Beeston.
Myford Place combines traditional building techniques with a quality, contemporary finish and the development has just one 3-bedroom home left for sale.
Stuart James, Site Manager for Myford Place said: “This is my first year at Peveril Homes, so to win an award for them is such a great start for me.
“I have an amazing team behind me, and I wouldn’t have been able to win this award without them.
“I’ve worked for a range of developers in the past however I can’t see myself leaving Peveril Homes, as a family business they’re so supportive and an amazing company. I’m proud to receive this award and I can’t wait to win more for Peveril Homes in the future.”
