A new housing development has opened in Shortstown, near Bedford, with a collection of three showhomes also available to view.
Eastcotts Green, which is being built by Bellway off Conder Boulevard, will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes to suit all types of buyers.
The new homes follow the success of Bellway’s neighbouring New Cardington development, where a well-established community is now formed, and a new school and village centre are already open.
The first homes at Eastcotts Green are now available to secure, including a range of two-bedroom starter homes to four-bedroom detached properties.
Chris Edginton, Sales and Marketing Director for Bellway Northern Home Counties, said: “We have a longstanding commitment in Bedfordshire to create new homes for local people as well as investing in infrastructure and facilities to enhance the area and help this new neighbourhood thrive.
“We’re delighted by the response we’ve already had to the new homes at Eastcotts Green and this is all down to the fact that we’ve worked hard to ensure that the development provides the kind of properties which local people need.
“It’s great that we can now welcome people to the site and give them a tour of three stunning showhomes, which really help people visualise the kind of life they could be enjoying in a brand-new home.
“We look forward to helping even more house-hunters find their ideal new home in Bedfordshire and I would urge anyone interested to come along to find out more.”
