Lovell has broken ground at its latest development called Woodlark Chase – a 3.12ha site of 86 plots that will provide a range of two, three, and four bedroom homes in Thornton Cleveleys.
Of the 86 homes, 69 will be sold on the open market while 17 will be provided as affordable housing. Help to Buy equity loans and Lovell’s Helping Hands scheme will be available across the scheme.
Lee Sale, regional managing director at Lovell North West, said: “Starting work on a new development is always an exciting time for us and, having now broken ground on site, we can start the journey of providing much needed homes in Thornton Cleveleys.
“Woodlark Chase marks the first time we have built in this area of Lancashire and we’re confident that our two and three-bedroom homes will help meet the growing demand for high-quality starter homes, while our four-bedroom house types are ideal for growing families in need of more space.
“With work now underway, we expect to be in position to open a marketing suite onsite in the next few months with a show home to be launched later in the Summer.”
