Edward Ali McQuilton, Senior Partner and Real Estate Practice Leader at Granger Reis comments:
“As executive search consultants, our work is dedicated to securing the leaders of today and tomorrow that foster diverse, inclusive and equitable workplaces. We understand the importance of building a more representative pipeline for talent and promoting a culture that allows everyone to bring their whole self to work. Yet we also recognise that we as an organisation need to improve D&I within our own company, which is why we are constantly challenging ourselves to ensure that our workforce reflects our commitment to better representation. By working with Real Estate Balance, we hope to strengthen their message, champion those making a difference and create long lasting change to the real estate sector and beyond.”
Sue Brown, Managing Director of Real Estate Balance says:
“When Granger Reis approached us about becoming a member of Real Estate Balance, their passion and drive to not only improve representation, but address some of the systemic issues of the sector was clear. Talent is key to achieving this. The sector not only needs greater representation but active allies to support and drive this at executive level. We are excited to have Granger Reis join the organisation and look forward to seeing what the company does next to drive this issue.”
