Dexter Moren Associates an award-winning practice of 70 architecture and interior design specialists, working right across the hospitality spectrum has made five new Partners promotions.
Paul Wells
Paul leads on a variety of hospitality projects, from feasibilities through to construction and delivery, and supports the development of the practice’s serviced apartment and retirement living portfolios. He is currently leading the delivery of Black Lion House in Whitechapel alongside planning stages on a boutique hotel in Cambridge and feasibility stages on schemes in Reading, Edinburgh and central London.
Lindsey Bean-Pearce
Lindsey has over 13 years’ experience running projects in the UK and Europe, mainly in luxury residential, work space, hospitality and leisure. As co-head of the interior design team she works with a wide range of hospitality brands and international hotel and resort operators with particular expertise in leading large complex schemes from conception to completion. Recent projects include the much anticipated Vintry & Mercer boutique hotel, soon to open in the City of London, and Clayton Hotel (also in the City of London) which opened on 22nd January. She is currently working on a project for Malmaison in York and a lifestyle hotel in Pamphili Rome. In addition, Lindsey is developing the practice’s portfolio of resort and wellness projects, including wellness initiatives for the DMA team.
Neil Andrew
Neil has over 15 years’ experience running projects in the UK, Europe and Middle East. As co-head of the interior design team, and an experienced experiential designer, he leads on concept pitches – working with international brands & independent clients. He has not only gained experience in site specific projects but has also won competitions and developed brand work for the new Sheraton and Hilton Garden Inn prototypes. Neil is currently leading interior design on the new Westin City of London, as well as projects in Africa and Dubai. He is also developing the practice’s portfolio of PRS and co-working projects, applying his expertise in hospitality design to those sectors.
John Harding
John is responsible for the delivery of a number of large and complex hotel and mixed-use developments. His excellent understanding of luxury hotels coupled with detailed technical knowledge means he is integral to the success of every project he works on. Recent projects include the boutique hotel L’Oscar, Southampton Row, a high end residential scheme in Lincoln Square, London, and the new build dual brand Tsogo Sun hotels in Cape Town.
Janice Mitten
Janice leads the strategic growth and evolution strategy of the practice. The sectors and international markets that she is growing include serviced apartments, PRS, co-living, co-working, and retirement living within the UK, Europe and Africa. DMA’s strategy includes using BIM and other available and upcoming technological advancements for improved digital services, adding value to their clients’ projects.
