Premium homebuilder Dandara has come out on top at the 2018 UK Property Awards with seven accolades across Scotland, North West and South East England.
In Scotland, Beech Walk part of Dandara’s Hazelwood community in Aberdeen’s west end, won the Residential Development award, marking its sixth UK Property honour to date; and the five-bedroom Yew at Hazelwood was also named best Residential Property.
Hazelwood is a popular development of modern homes and bungalows, suitable for families and downsizers, located within easy reach of local schools and amenities and just a short walk from Hazlehead Country Park.
Dandara Living at Forbes Place in Stoneywood, was named winner of the Lettings Agency category for the second consecutive year, and marking the sixth UK Property award to date for the development.
Forbes Place is Aberdeen’s first Build to Rent residential development and features fully-furnished studio, one and two-bedroom apartments as well as exclusive three-bedroom townhouses. Designed specifically to meet demand for high-quality rental accommodation in the city Forbes Place enjoys one of the highest occupancy rates in its category.

In North West England the four bedroom Maple home at Ballakilley in the Isle of Man received the Architecture Single Residence award with The Holly bungalow coming out on top in the Residential Property category.
This popular two bedroom bungalow is also available at several of Dandara’s developments in the UK and has proved popular with downsizers and families looking for low-maintenance living.
The company’s Church View community in Tenterden, Kent secured the title of Residential Development and The Reed house type at the same development also received the Architecture Single Residence award.
The UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts and judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
The award presentations take place on Friday, October 26, at the Lancaster Hotel, London.
