Applying appropriate measures, Closomat has opened its doors to ensure the UK’s disabled people can still keep their dignity, hygiene and independence.
The latest division to resume full operation is the company’s service department. The company’s nationwide team of engineers have been undertaking any emergency repairs during the Lockdown, but is now able to undertake routine service & maintenance too.
Closomat is unique in having an in-house nationwide network of engineers: all other wash dry toilet manufacturers rely on third party contractors which can lead to potentially long delays in the engineer arriving, not having the necessary parts, and thus big bills.
“It’s about peace of mind for our community,” explains Ian Tomlinson, Closomat Commercial Director. “We go to the toilet on average eight times a day. If you need technology such as a wash and dry toilet, imagine the distress if, for whatever reason, you can’t use it.
“Our service & maintenance contracts reassure our clients that their toilet has been properly checked, by specially-trained engineers, and that in the rare event there is a problem, we will fix it. And it goes without saying our engineers will apply appropriate protective measures when visiting.”
Clients with service agreements can contact Closomat now to schedule their annual check. Alternatively, take out a service plan for as little as 50p/day to guarantee peace of mind. Details can be found here: https://www.closomat.co.uk/service.html
