The 20 Red Lion Street redevelopment of a 1950’s office building in the heart of Holborn, included an extension to the roof, an extension to the office plate to the rear, and an extensive internal reconfiguration.
Using AET’S underfloor air conditioning system has allowed the project team to maximise floor to ceiling heights, natural light, and the adaptability of the office space. Working with the M&E consultants, AET’s CAM-C system was specified to serve the newly built floor.
To ensure floor to ceiling heights were maximised, AET’s unique slim line Fantiles™ were installed within a raised access floor. The newly built sections have received an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.
