Skipstop House

The Skip Stop House is a developer project which involves combining two buildings off of Marylebone High Street into a mixed commercial-residential building, including a new mansard roof. The impressive horizontal layout offers one and a half floors of uniquely designed spaces influenced by fashion with an industrial twist. The inspiration comes from the investors’ description of “champagne bars in luxury hotel-like settings”. The ground and lower ground flat will soon be the home of a new restauranteur while the skip-stop stairs above offer private entrances and stairwells to most of the flats totaling 700 sq. m. of living space.
