Turkish open campus to be shared by both students and residents

A school campus which houses two schools will be accessible for students as well as residents of Gökçeada, Turkey’s largest island.

The Gokceada Campus has a middle and high school and students and townspeople will be able to use its sporting facilities, library and conference hall.

PAB Architects who designed the project claimed the buildings provides an interactive learning environment with a “transparent” ground floor, a dormitory and a courtyard.

Gökçeada has a mixed population of Turkish and Greek citizens with Turkish people the majority of the population.
