Today sees the launch of the latest development in Colindale; TNQ. Located just off the Edgeware Road –one of the four Corridors of Change- TNQ will introduce 460 new homes to become one of the area’s largest developments and is central to the council’s ambitious regeneration plan to provide 2,500 new homes.

With the first phase of high specification apartments priced from £260,000, TNQ is set to bring modern property to life and offer buyers more than they expect. Created by innovative London developer, NEAT, in partnership with RLAM, each apartment offers the latest technology, with every home pre wired with fibre optic cabling to support broadband speeds up to 10 gigabits; 500 times today’s typical 20 megabits broadband.
