Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennie Daly as its new UK Director of Planning.
Jennie took up her new position with Taylor Wimpey on Monday 12 May 2014 after 11 years with Harrow Estates, part of the Redrow Group, where she was previously Managing Director.
She brings a wealth of experience to the UK Director of Planning role and will work closely with Peter Andrew, Taylor Wimpey’s UK Director of Land and Planning, to assess and develop the planning skills of the Company’s staff and ensure Taylor Wimpey is best equipped for a changing planning regime.
Jennie will also offer planning support, coaching and advice to Taylor Wimpey’s 24 regional business units as well as providing valuable oversight of the appeals process.

Jennie Daly trained at the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Member of the RTPI . Her professional background has been in planning assessment and promotion, with a strong development and commercial focus.
She has a reputation for ensuring that planning consents and development masterplans remain focused on deliverability, buildability and viability in changing market circumstances and for achieving added value through the planning and development process.
