SoFarSoNear have recently completed a project with r+s architects at the luxury 5*Hotel Carlton Baglioni in Milan where the cafe and terrace areas have been refurbished, and a Spartito fabric has been used to cover the acoustic panels.
SoFarSoNear’s new textile design Spartito, is a luxurious and eye-catching addition to the Cuprum range. The distinctive Spartito pattern is created from woven copper thread and is based on music written by Daniele Lombardi and designed for SoFarSoNear by r+s architects.
As with the other designs in the Cuprum range Spartito comes from a constant search for unique and unusual materials. Spartito is a veritable copper fabric that combines the boldness and shine of metal leaf with the softness of an exquisite textile. Cuprum is flame retardant and highly resistant making it the perfect choice for use within Hospitality Interiors.
