Self-Build Zone have been awarded a long term contract with the National House Building Council (NHBC) as sole suppliers of structural warranty, site insurance and survey visits to their customers within the self-build arena.
Self-Build Zone will carry out all works relating to the policies referred by NHBC including underwriting, inspection and claims management for the policies. Services provided by Self-Build Zone will also include Inspection arrangements for Building Control and Technical Audits for the self-builder.
