Sales of Moulton homes pass halfway mark

Spring has sprung and the Moulton housing market is hotting up with buyers already looking beyond summer to autumn!

Such is demand for new homes in the Northamptonshire village, that’s when some of the properties on sale now at Redrow’s popular Carey Fields will be ready to move into.

The award-winning homebuilder has already welcomed 36 homeowners; a further 17 homes have been reserved and six more are subject to ‘early bird’ reservations, giving eager buyers first refusal when those properties are released for sale.

Homes are snapped up almost as soon as they’re put on the market with properties selling months ahead of build. The most recent releases won’t be ready to move into until the autumn, but that’s not deterring buyers.

Tonia Tyler, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), explains:

“Properties at Carey Fields are much sought-after and as people see the development progress and more homeowners move in there’s a growing sense of urgency amongst potential purchasers. We’ve now sold more than half of the homes and there’s no sign of things slowing down. Many potential purchasers already know exactly which home they want to buy when they visit us and we’re working with them to help make their dream move a reality.

“The location, specification and the offer of Help to Buy have all contributed to the popularity of Carey Fields. Almost 40% of customers have used Help to Buy equity loans to assist their home purchase.”

Carey Fields features two, three, four and five-bedroom designs from Redrow’s Heritage Collection, which combines traditional Arts & Crafts influenced architecture with high specification modern interiors.

Located on Northampton Lane North, the homes at Carey Fields are ideally placed with a selection of nearby shops to cater for residents’ daily needs, including a post office, plus pubs, a theatre and sports complex with activities for all ages and abilities. Moulton Primary School is within half a mile of the development, plus there are plenty of other schools for all ages in the surrounding area.
