Helen Gowland has been appointed as Associate Principal and Workplace Consulting and Change Management Leader in the London office of global architecture and design firm Perkins+Will, as it continues to strengthen its workplace consultancy team.
A specialist in Spatial Design Strategy, Estate Strategies, Workplace Consulting and Change Management, Helen will lead the European consultancy team out of the London studio. She joins from CBRE where she worked in supporting GSK’s Worldwide Real Estate and Facilities group to plan how the UK Research and Development sites should be developed over the next 5 years to support business demands.
With over 10 years’ experience in consultancy roles Helen will focus on the interaction between people and space and the organisational context in which these sit, such as organisational structure and culture.
She has an extensive background in spatial strategy and the link with issues impacting businesses. Helen presents at conferences speaking on these topics as well as workplace trends.
