Architecture, sports and leisure firm, LK2, will visit MIPIM UK – the UK’s largest exhibition for property professionals for the first time this month.
Held on 21-23 October at Olympia in London, it is the second year the event has run and the Lincolnshire and London based LK2 are investing in the event by taking five members of the senior team to showcase the diverse range of projects it works on across the UK.
Managing director Dale Lui said:
“MIPIM UK is an ideal stage for us to showcase our expertise to a relevant captive audience and will give us strategic access to a high number of local authorities which is key for us in building relationships and communicating how we can add value to schemes.
“We are looking forward to attending and cementing existing relationships and meeting new clientele at the national event.
“We chose MIPIM UK as it is local authority based and we have already arranged meetings with a number of contractors, architects, Sport England, the Football Association and local authorities.”
LK2 have worked on a host of high profile schemes this year including creating a new community hub in Toft Newton and two new multi-million pound sports facilities including the FA endorsed Stamford FC and leisure development in Islington for London Borough of Islington Council.
During MIPIM UK, directors Dale Lui and Murray Fishlock will also be attending the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership dinner at the RAF Officers Club on 22 October and have invited the chief operating officer at the Football Foundation as their guest.
MIPIM UK is the UK’s largest exhibition and conference for property professionals. It provides a market place for UK players and international investors to meet, discuss projects and opportunities and do business. MIPIM UK attracts decision makers within the industry from across the country.
