LK2 architects’ building gets new occupants

A Lincoln-based cleaning and healthcare products business is moving its city offices to brand new bespoke premises in Nettleham.

The 8,000 ft² property was designed and built by Lincs-based architects and property consultants LK2 and features open plan office accommodation, luxury break out areas and meeting rooms.

This is the fourth building at Deepdale Enterprise Park designed and built by LK2. The park is set in Lincolnshire farmland and is just a minute from the Lincoln bypass.

Dale Lui of LK2 said:

“Deepdale is a commercial enterprise park which sits comfortable into its rural setting. The buildings are in contemporary design but using traditional materials such as stone and timber.

“These buildings are popular with tenants, not just for their look, but because they are of eco-design with low running costs.”

Don Green, director at Nexon Group, said:

“We felt that moving to this park will give us opportunity to network with other businesses in the area.

“The new facility is well designed with a bespoke office fit-out including offices and meeting rooms in an excellent working environment that is light and airy. Large training facilities for customers and prospects will be available.”

Will Downing, director of Pygott & Crone, said:

“We are delighted that Nexon, an established Lincolnshire family business, will be moving to this facility – which is so well positioned in the countryside but close to all the necessary amenities for staff to enjoy.”

LK2 is also based at Deepdale Enterprise Park – and designed and built and project managed the development of its own property. LK2 also did the design and build for Wecando Flooring and Lincolnshire Football Association Headquarters.
