ISG has appointed John Howie as the business unit director of its Exclusive Residential division to further strengthen the company’s growing reputation for delivering outstanding homes within the prime and super-prime market segment. John will head ISG’s specialist team in its new premises, co-locating with global property brand Savills at 33 Margaret Street, close to Oxford Circus in the West End.
A chartered engineer by training, John brings 34 years’ experience to his new role at ISG, including many years’ direct knowledge within the exclusive residential sector. He has been involved in delivering some of the UK’s most prestigious residential schemes, including the Kuwaiti Royal Family’s residence at 100 Park Lane, the £63 million 3-10 Grovesnor Crescent project and No.1 Cornwall Terrace, the world’s most expensive semi-detached house, which was marketed for £100 million.
John joins a well-established and highly regarded Exclusive Residential team at ISG, which has completed numerous high-profile schemes for developers and private individuals, with customers including Amazon Properties, Aviva Property Investors and the Cadogan Estate. John will focus on further strengthening ISG’s existing developer relationships, and his detailed sector knowledge, expertise and industry contacts will prove decisive in forging strong partnerships with architects and engineers that specialise in prime residential schemes. John commented:
“I’m delighted to be joining ISG, which has proved it has the expertise, strong supply chain partnerships and an overriding service culture and focus on quality to deliver on each and every one of these important and prestigious projects. I’m very much looking forward to playing a significant part in growing ISG’s Exclusive Residential business to become the true partner of choice in this specialist sector.”
