A housing group managing hundreds of London and the South East homes will increase the number of its properties for private rent.
A2Dominion will allocate 20 per cent of its new developments to private rent in response to the increasing demand.
The group currently manages 852 private rented homes and aims to have 2,000 by 2020 or 5 per cent of its total housing stock.
Rachael Fry, Director of Commercial Operations at A2Dominion said:
“We have seen a real increase in demand for high-quality private rented homes, and that is why we have set out to increase our private rent portfolio over the next few years.
“As a regulated and financially secure housing group we are able to offer peace of mind that residents are renting from a professional landlord. Our homes are delivered to a high standard, our contracts are flexible and there are no hidden fees.”
