Housing provider increases private rent portfolio

A housing group managing hundreds of London and the South East homes will increase the number of its properties for private rent.

A2Dominion will allocate 20 per cent of its new developments to private rent in response to the increasing demand.

The group currently manages 852 private rented homes and aims to have 2,000 by 2020 or 5 per cent of its total housing stock.
