Homebuilders unveils new apartments amid sales boom

A major homebuilder is set to expedite the release of its next phase of apartments in Glasgow’s West End in order to meet increased demand at its flagship development.

CALA Homes (West) will release The Sir Henry Wood Apartments, the newest phase of apartments and part of the brand new Alder Collection at Jordanhill Park earlier than planned – from the end of November – after experiencing consistently high levels of sales since launching to the market in August.

The Sir Henry Wood Apartments consist of 26 apartments with a variety of one, two and three-bedroom homes available including two different types of penthouse apartments, and most enjoying a generous balcony allowing buyers to take in the magnificent views of the David Stow building and beyond.

To mark this milestone moment, the homebuilder has also unveiled a new show apartment, giving buyers the opportunity to see the high standard of living on offer within the luxury Walled Garden apartment building where there are now only four apartments remaining.

The new two-bedroom show apartment has been beautifully decked out by esteemed interior designer Eileen Kesson of Envision Interiors.

Each of the final four apartments at the Walled Garden comes with private parking, zoned underfloor heating, composite decking to balconies, lift access and a secure video entry system.

The award-winning homebuilder’s Oak Collection at Jordanhill Park also offers a selection of four and five-bedroom townhouses, and detached five-bedroom villas.

Nestled within acres of idyllic, lush parkland, yet just moments from Glasgow’s bustling West End, the development truly offers the best of both worlds.

Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director for CALA Homes (West), said: “We’re delighted to be able to bring forward the release of our latest apartments and introduce buyers to the new Alder Collection. As our sales to date have shown, the appetite is certainly there for this type of home within the highly sought-after area.

“The amount of interest in Jordanhill Park has been unprecedented so far, so it’s a really exciting time for the team here. We have all the necessary measures in place to show potential buyers round the show apartment and our three showhomes safely, and we’re really looking forward to welcoming more visitors through our doors.”

Viewings can be arranged by appointment, with all social distancing measures in place, or you can even arrange a virtual viewing, allowing you to see what’s on offer from the comfort of your own sofa.

The current release of two and three bedroom apartments at the Walled Garden apartment building range from £362,500 to £414,995 with townhouses and the detached villas available from £674,500 to £980,000.

Homes and apartments are available to move in from January 2021, and CALA’s fixed price offering means there’s no need to worry about bidding wars or closing dates.
