With a third of the homes at St Andrews Park now sold, Redrow is giving Halling buyers a chance to view properties under construction.
This Saturday (January 24) visitors will be kitted out with hard hats and safety boots so that they can view homes that are being built and see for themselves the pride and quality workmanship invested in each and every Redrow property.
Among the homes they will be able to take a sneak peek inside is the four-bedroom Cambridge.
With its decorative canopy porch, the Cambridge is a prime example of how Redrow’s Heritage Collection combines traditional Arts & Crafts inspired architecture with bright, modern interiors.
Inside it offers 1,382 sq ft of accommodation including an open plan kitchen, dining and family room, separate lounge, handy utility and downstairs cloaks. Upstairs the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite to complement the family bathroom.
Kerry Jenkins, sales director for Redrow Homes (South East), says:
“St Andrews Park is now a well-established neighbourhood where people really want to live. To date we’ve sold a third of the homes and welcomed dozens of homeowners. We’re also continuing to receive lots of enquires from potential purchasers who are keen to move here. People love the showhomes, but also want to look around other designs as they are being built and the ‘site seeing’ event is an opportunity for visitors to do just that. We’ll supply hard hats and safety boots so they can look around homes that are still under construction.”
The Cambridge is available from £418,995. St Andrews Park also offers a good choice of three, four and five-bedroom homes priced from £264,995.
Those who buy a new home early in the build process will have opportunities to personalise its interior, choosing the finish of things like the kitchen cupboards and bathroom tiles. This can be done via the My Redrow tool on the Redrow website.
Located off the A228 Formby Road, St Andrews Park enjoys excellent commuter links. The M20 and M2 both around three miles away and London just 32 miles away. Trains from Halling station reach London in little over 45 minutes. The village itself has a Post Office and local shop while Bluewater Shopping Centre is just 13 miles away.
