Graven Hill answers demand with release of two new home designs

Graven Hill, the UK’s largest self and custom build development in Bicester, Oxfordshire will be showcasing two brand new custom build home options at an open evening on Thursday 15 August.

Due to the popularity of Graven Hill’s terraced homes, the development has launched two new two-bedroom home designs, suited to couples, professionals and families alike. The Eden & Avon ranges will have parking and easy access to local cycle ways and will be situated in a vibrant and community-focused area of the site.

Both home designs are eligible for the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, enabling first-time buyers to take their initial step onto the property ladder, while also enjoying the benefits of a stunning custom build home.

The evening will give house-hunters the opportunity to meet with the Graven Hill team and preview the designs and layouts available. Those who are inspired to begin their custom build journey will also be able to reserve off-plan homes on the night.

Karen Curtin, managing director at Graven Hill, said:

“Our open evening is the ideal event for those searching for a new home that offers something a little different. With custom build new homes, the internal options are where a buyer’s individuality can really shine through. Choice is everything at Graven Hill, and there are a number of options to consider when it comes to our custom build homes.

“Affordability is key, and these homes are accessible for everyone, no matter what stage of life you are in. We look forward to introducing more people to the versatility and ease of buying a custom build new home at Graven Hill.”

The open evening will be held at the Dan-Wood Show Home on the Graven Hill site, Bicester, OX25 2AQ on Thursday 15 August, between 5pm – 8pm, or if you’d prefer, please contact us to book an appointment.
