Leading flue and stove manufacturer, Schiedel Chimney Systems, has launched a competition to win the Isokern Garden Fireplace, celebrating the UK’s growing love affair with its gardens. Architects, Landscape Architects and Designers are invited to submit designs for an external living area incorporating Schiedel’s latest heating solution.
Featuring an optional BBQ and log store, the Isokern Garden Fireplace adds an attractive and useful focal point to any garden. Its striking, free-standing design brings drama to the grandest scheme, yet thanks to the insulated pumice structure, which cuts heat-transference, the Garden Fireplace is also safe to place against any wall, making it suitable for the smallest courtyard. Whatever the scale, Schiedel’s Isokern Garden Fireplace will bring warmth and attention to any outdoor living space.
Designs must be for live projects, scheduled for completion by the end of September 2019. Entries, in the form of sketches and/or CAD drawings must be submitted to info(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)schiedel.co.uk. The prize will be the fireplace, delivered to site near completion of the project.
The competition is open to all regions of the UK – Schiedel will be awarding a number of winners across the nation. Available in three different sizes, Schiedel is keen to see a range of entries suited to each; the Isokern 500, the Isokern 950 and the largest; the Isokern 1200.
