Virtus Consult appoints Clemens to boost Capital offering

Following a series of project wins, leading multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy, Virtus Consult, has appointed associate director Adam Clemens to head its London office.

Clemens brings more than 25 years’ experience to the role, with the last six years spent as course leader in Construction Management at the University of Westminster. He will use his wealth of experience to oversee current and future projects with high-profile clients across the healthcare, housing and industrial sectors.

Project manager Camilla Robinson has recently been appointed to the growing team in London and will help project manage the firm’s London commitments to longstanding client Bupa along with a growing client list across the South East.

She joins from Turner & Townsend and brings a wealth of experience as a project manager for the Ministry of Justice and other key Government clients.

Virtus offers tailored consultancy solutions and in recent years has acquired a number of highly regarded market leading clients, with projects including around £1m per annum (18% of annual spend) guaranteed energy cost savings for one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK through to the redevelopment of an operational nuclear fuel production plant for a global manufacturer.

The nationwide service is delivered from offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Oxford and London.
