tp bennett has set its sights on the wider UK property market with plans to open a regional hub in Manchester and service clients in the North of England as part of the practice’s growth strategy.
The expansion will enable the practice to provide on the ground support to its long-standing framework clients and take advantage of the growing opportunities across areas of the North.
The office, due to open next month, will serve as a regional extension of the London HQ offering architectural, interiors and planning services across its 11 sectors. The practice already has a strong presence in the North West working with long-standing framework clients including Genr8, DLA Piper, HSBC, Barclays, Nationwide and the BBC.
tp bennett chose Manchester as the location for its second dedicated office for its growing property market and as part of the practice’s strategy to increase its UK presence. The office will become part of a global network, which includes over 20 affiliate offices across EMEA, Americas and APAC region.
Director Leigh Dimelow will head up the new office with an established tp bennett team who have relocated from London to build a practice of talented architects, designers and planners. The team will bring with them a breadth of cross-sector experience and a number of key clients including the BBC.
Richard Beastall, tp bennett Principal Director and Co-Chairman, said:
“The market indicates that now is the right time to implement this important part of the tp bennett growth strategy and offer expert services to a growing property market across areas of the North. We have built strong relationships with major clients across the region and are looking forward to further strengthening these with the additional presence of an expert, regional team.”
“Our expansion into Manchester will not only strengthen our relationship with the region but benefit our clients as we deliver the same high quality services on the ground.”
