tp bennett secures permission for Crest Nicholson’s £90 million mixed use development

tp bennett has achieved planning permission from Milton Keynes Council for Crest Nicholson’s £90 million mixed-use development at Campbell Park.

The development will transform the area with a scheme that comprises 383 new homes that include villas, townhouses and apartments, alongside new shops, restaurants, a pub, and nursery facilities.  The plans also include a 117 berth marina, which in the future will form the start of a canal link between Milton Keynes and Bedford.

Doug Smith, tp bennett Principal Director, said:

“Milton Keynes is the original new town but is ready for an injection of investment that will revitalise the area.  This mixed-use scheme will create a stylish and social destination only 30 minutes from London and offer new homes for a growing community.”

The design of Campbell Park responds sensitively to the site’s unique features including the Grand Union canal that borders the site, areas of natural woodland and Campbell Park itself, and aims to give the community a fresh modern development but one that respects the existing environment.
