An eye for detail: Royal Wharf unveils bespoke interior design package for new buyers

Ballymore & Oxley, the developers behind the landmark Royal Wharf development in Royal Docks, have today announced a unique partnership with Milc Property Stylists – the interior design specialists. For a limited time only, new buyers at Royal Wharf will be able to take advantage of Milc’s exclusive interior design services.

Milc interiors are tailored specifically to the profile of each property, creating a bespoke furnishing solution for each buyer. An event to introduce the partnership will be hosted at the Royal Wharf marketing suite on 21st February, with Milc’s interior specialists on hand to talk guests through current design trends as well as what can be achieved as part of this bespoke service. A selection of new homes will be available to view on Saturday 24th February, marking the launch of the exclusive interior design service. The offer is available for limited time only and new homes start from £590,000.

At Royal Wharf there are homes to suit everyone with suites, one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as three and four bedroom townhouses. The 1000th home at Royal Wharf completed just before Christmas with over 1500 people now living on the development, a further 1000 are due to complete before the end of the year with the whole project due to complete by 2020, making the pace and scale of development on this scheme unprecedented for London.

The new community is defined by its network of interconnecting streets leading onto town squares and gardens, including Sovereign Place – the development’s traditional market square – and unique high street. Sovereign Place and the high street will provide over 60 independent cafes, shops, restaurants and bars for residents and locals alike. A 3,900 sq. ft. Sainsbury’s and Starbucks store both opened in 2017, while Fuller’s will open a riverside pub and restaurant in the near future.

Residents of Royal Wharf are able to step out of their apartments onto the new riverfront promenade which leads to the two riverside parks bordering the development, Barrier Park and Lyle Park. The numerous pocket parks, garden squares and tree lined avenues help to generate a real sense of natural openness, offering residents a green haven in the midst of a bustling city.

Commenting on the interior design partnership, Phil Warman, Head of Sales at Royal Wharf, said:

“High-quality design and bespoke interiors allow buyers to personalise their new home, adding value to the property from the outset. Not only is the consultation experience with Milc an enjoyable experience for the buyer, it is a unique offering in the market place at present.”

Richard Chaplin, Managing Director at Milc Property Stylists, added:

“Our contemporary designs, to be showcased on 21st February at Royal Wharf, are the product of many years’ experience and we look forward to working closely with potential buyers to create the ultimate interior solution for their new home.”
